1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, features, and content on the lb18 platform. By creating an account on lb18, browsing the website, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using lb18's services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and use services on lb18:

• Each individual may operate only one account — creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be able to provide a valid, active email address and accurate personal information.
• You must register under your own name — opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a false identity is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Creating an Account

When creating an account on lb18, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. lb18 reserves the right to suspend an account and forfeit its balance if false information is provided.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

• You are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
• Sharing your password with anyone else is prohibited.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

lb18 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time, lb18 may request the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address document
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lb18 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).

4.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum Deposit ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal ৳500
• Withdrawal Time 5–30 minutes (typically)

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on KYC verification and security review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

lb18 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x (twenty-five times) wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
• lb18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
• Certain games or bet types may be partially or fully excluded from wagering calculations.

6. VIP Program & Rewards

lb18's VIP program has five tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

lb18 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and terms. If irregularities or a breach of terms are found on a member's account, their VIP tier or cashback may be cancelled.

7. Prohibited Activities & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lb18 platform:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Creating multiple accounts
• Betting in the name of or on behalf of a third party
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to manipulate or fix the outcome of any game
• Attempting to disrupt or hack the platform's security systems
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members

8. Fair Play & Technology

10. Limitation of Liability

lb18 will not be held liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

• Unforeseen natural disasters or other circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lb18 will not under any circumstances be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content published on the lb18 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of lb18 and is protected by international copyright law.

Reproducing, distributing, or using any lb18 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any outstanding bets will be settled and applicable withdrawals processed before the account is closed.

12.2 At lb18's Discretion

lb18 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Serious breach of the Terms
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Participation in prohibited activities

15. Amendment & Enforceability of Terms

lb18 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between lb18 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
